Experience the upland hunting of yesteryear on thousands of private and public acres of pristine wild forest in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Hunt wild grouse and woodcock along the old bluestone walls, abandoned farms, and apple orchards. Follow the bells of our expertly trained English Setters to flush rates that generally exceed expectations. These are not leisurely preserve hunts and are not for the faint of heart as the cover is thick and you will be walking miles in a day’s hunt. Only 2&#189 hours outside of New York City. Rick Watson can arrange to pick you up and drop you back off at local train station making this a convenient trip for those that live in the city.
